The Pensions team supports and administers day-to-day services for scheme members, provides secretarial services for trustee business and pension policy, and is the first point of communication between Western Power Distribution and the Group Trustees.

Our Payroll team process salaries and pensions for our 6,500 people and 20,000 pensioners.
That includes processing overtime and standby payments, car claims and expenses. We also look after all kinds of deductions, from pensions and social clubs, to Trade Unions and GAYE.
It’s a busy department where the team must look ahead to keep up with legislation changes. So they’re supported with on-going training to stay abreast of policies, ensure all tasks are carried out accurately and to build a career in this dynamic area.
