We understand that strength lies in difference. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERG) support each, and our organisation, to become stronger. They help build awareness and understanding of inclusion and diversity so that everyone can be their true self and reach their full potential.
Each ERG is ran by a committee of colleagues who volunteer from across the company. They develop programmes of activity, which further our DEI goals and provide lots of opportunities for all of us to engage on different topics.
Supporting and enabling employees impacted by disabilities or health challenges.
We can often feel uncomfortable talking about disabilities; some of us are worried we'll say the wrong thing, while others are worried about being treated differently. By being open we can dispel these myths and rumours and be more aware and better equipped in declaring a disability of our own, or in working with and understanding the disability of others.

Our LGBTQ+ network that supports LGBTQ+ colleagues, allies, friends and family.
