An opportunity is available for a Team Leader based at Gloucester who will report to the Field Operations Team Manager and will be responsible for leading a group of Craft (operational) staff.
The key focus of this role is to lead an efficient and productive team across a region. Key considerations for the successful running of your team include: ensuring they are working compliantly within H&S policies, coordinating programmes of work for them to undertake, maximising efficiencies in delivery, ensuring your team has the appropriate development and authorisations and effectively managing performance on a 1:1 basis.
This is a crucial role to help drive forward performance and give our large teams the support they need in the field. The new Team Leader role will be one of ways to help
* The starting salary will be £43,491 moving to £47,197 on completion of training.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, who has the ability to build strong relationships with our customers. A problem solver who is organised and can plan ahead.
You must have a proven track record of managing teams including managing and driving performance, as well as experience of being the point of escalation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Some Commercial and Financial awareness would be an advantage.
A NRSWA qualification or understanding of NRSWA legislation is desirable however, full training can be provided.
Operationally we require you to live approximately 60 minutes of the depot you are applying for.
You must hold a full, valid UK/EU driving licence as you will be required to carry out site visits.
