These roles play a pivotal role in driving performance and supporting the business with work volumes to ensure excellent customer service is delivered to our 8 million customers.
This position is to cover the Chesterfield/Mansfield area.
This is a crucial role to help drive forward performance and give our large teams the support they need in the field. The new Team Leader role will be one of ways to help improve the way we carry out our work.
The introduction of 140 Team Leaders is a significant investment in our future. It will not only support our busy team managers, but also ensure we are getting the best value out of the work we do to improve service for our 8 million customers.
The starting salary will be £41,459 until the training is successfully completed, rising to £46,110.
