We have two opportunities available for a Team Manager – one based in Plymouth and one based in either Torquay or Exeter.
We are looking for experienced people managers who can, with our support and mentoring, develop technical knowledge around how we manage and operate an electricity network, repair damaged/faulty electricity lines, take appropriate preventative measures to ensure the ‘lights stay on’ for our customers and facilitate new connections. You will work with the Head of Operations to develop the local business strategy, and contribute to the regional business strategy, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve success against our targets and goals.
You will also, personally and through your teams, deliver a responsive, timely and professional customer focused service.
As a leader you will have exceptional people and communication skills and be able to effectively manage a diverse team of people in technical and administrative roles.

In this role you will be required to travel across the South West region and beyond to attend meetings and visit your teams on site so you will need a full driving licence - a Company vehicle will be available for business use.
