Read Megan's interview to see what she thinks about working with us.
I knew the company was a good company to work for from friends.
My day to day role is always varied, I provide support to the Employee Relations Officers, including recording and monitoring sickness, assisting any managers/employees with general ER queries, drafting letters, maternity, paternity and much more.
I enjoy the job that I am doing and the people that work here, everyone is always supportive and helpful.
It is very customer and safety orientated; they pride themselves on the company ethos – First Time, Every Time.
Hard work, if you put alot into your work and the Company then you will get a lot out of it!
The company offers various apprentices, graduate schemes and opportunities to allow their employees to develop and progress. As a relatively new member I feel comfortable that as and when I am ready to look at possible development opportunities, there will be plenty of options for me.
After working here on a temporary contract, I was able to secure a permanent position within the company.
I joined the ER team during a very busy time, therefore my biggest challenge was to learn and adapt to my new role as quickly and effectively as possible. I overcame this by not being afraid to ask more experienced colleagues and making sure everything I learned I had written down and made effective notes that I could refer back to.
Go for it! This is a great company to work for and can provide endless opportunities if you are prepared to work for it.
