I wanted to take the opportunity to work for a well-respected company with a strong ethos that also understands the value of customer and employee care. I am part of the recruitment team here. Day to day I create internal and external job adverts and work with managers to make sure all vacancies are filled effectively. I find my role really rewarding and strive to provide the best service that I can.

My biggest achievement to date is my progression from starting part time in the contact center to now holding down a full time job in Employee Relations. The whole process was a huge learning curve for me and encouraged me to push myself to ensure I gave everything to pursue my chosen career.
My biggest challenge was probably moving from working part time on weekends in the contact center whilst in university to going full time. I felt this is where I grew as a person and took on the responsibility needed to move from education to work.
I would recommend anybody who is thinking of applying to work here to do it. For a large company the feeling of belonging and recognition you get is hard to find anywhere else. There are lots of opportunities and the company has an amazing reputation.
